Here are several projects I’ve worked on or I’m currently working on over the past few years.
NodesPay
NodesPay Tekh is a company that specializes in blockchain-based solutions for streamlining construction payments and smart contract management. They leverage distributed ledger technology to bring transparency, security, and efficiency to the construction industry’s payment processes.
As NodesPay Tekh’s CTO, I architect our tech roadmap and evangelize disruptive solutions. Key priorities: spearheading cloud-native adoption, conducting POCs on emerging tech, defining target architectures aligned with digital transformation goals. I optimize our stack, identify innovation opportunities through product roadmaps and strategic vendor partnerships. My mission? Foster an agile culture, modernize our tech DNA and drive business impact through cutting-edge engineering practices.
GiftTime Hub enables merchants to sell vouchers effortlessly, allows voucher sharing among customers, provides user-friendly promotion tools, and caters to businesses of all sizes. By making the gifting experience more convenient and enjoyable, GiftTime Hub aims to create stronger connections and lasting impressions. The platform is designed with efficiency and merchant success in mind, allowing vouchers to be issued within just a few clicks.
The iFAST Resident and Visitor Management app simplifies managing residents and visitors for residential properties. It provides an authentic, user-friendly experience, allowing residents to register via SingPass, invite visitors/contractors, and manage family/tenants. The app includes key features such as resident registration using SingPass, approval process for new residents, visitor and contractor invitation management, and family member and tenant management. These features, based on stakeholder requirements, deliver a seamless experience for residents and property managers.
As the IT Manager, my roles and responsibilities for this project included overseeing project and product management activities, outsourcing development work to external vendors, managing vendor performance to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results, and stakeholder management. I worked closely with various stakeholders, including the management team, residents, and property managers, to gather requirements, communicate progress, and address their concerns. This involved regular meetings, status updates, and proactive communication to ensure that everyone was on the same page and that the final product met their expectations. I also developed a comprehensive project plan that outlined the scope, timeline, and resources required for the project, and worked closely with the development team to ensure that the project stayed on track and that any issues or risks were identified and mitigated in a timely manner.
In addition to the projects I worked on during my regular full-time employment, I also dedicated time outside of work to pursue various hobby projects. These personal projects spanned a wide range, from creating simple static websites to developing more complex data processing applications. Throughout the course of these endeavors, I had the opportunity to utilize and experiment with a diverse array of technologies and tools.
